Dugg Construction, Inc. Against Sandeep Pal

Warren S. Dank, Esq., P.C. brought an action on behalf of the landlord against two tenants for non-payment of rent due and owing the landlord pursuant to a lease agreement between the parties. After the Court granted the landlord a default judgment on liability, and after the Court conducted a hearing on damages, the Court granted the landlord a Money Judgment against tenants in the total sum of $150,899.53.

1489 Fulton LLC Against Joseph and Frasier 

Warren S. Dank, Esq., P.C. brought an action on behalf of Plaintiff/Lender relating to money owed by Defendant/Borrower pursuant to two (2) Promissory Notes. The Court granted our firm Summary Judgment against Defendant/Borrower awarding Plaintiff/Lender the balance due and owing under the Promissory Notes in the sum of approximately $428,000.00 plus applicable interest of nine (9) percent from the date of the Decision going forward until the Money Judgment is satisfied.

Amal K. Malak, against Ikeptit Real Estate, LLC,

Warren S. Dank, Esq., P.C on behalf of our client, the lender, successfully defeated the borrower’s motion to set aside the previously held foreclosure auction/sale of a residential premises as a result of failure of the lender to properly serve borrower with the judgment of foreclosure and sale papers.

Golden Bridge v Joey Decision

Warren S. Dank, Esq., P.C. on behalf of our client successfully defeated a claim for defamation filed by her sibling after conducting a two (2) day jury trial in which the jury determined that our client did not publish a defamatory statement or engage in negligent conduct.

Dank, Esq., P.C. was successful on behalf of cooperative apartment owner as against the cooperative building after conducting an eleven (11) day bench trial as a result of the cooperative building’s breach of proprietary lease in which the Court awarded him reimbursement of maintenance paid from January 2023 and abated the payment of monthly maintenance ongoing until his apartment is made wholly tenantable.

Dank, Esq., P.C. defeated Defendant’s attempt to reargue the Appellate Division’s reversal of the Supreme Court’s Decision dismissing Plaintiff’s Breach of Contract Action after a Bench Trial and obtained a Money Judgment for Plaintiff against Defendant in the sum of approximately $484,000.00.
